and maple demeanor to a portion of the blend being finished in several young Brazilian Amburana barrels

orange zest and some notable Passionfruit

and left it to macerate with the fruit for over a month before bottling

with notes of cantaloupe

This version was aged in Hemingway rye barrels for 13 months
