They are long for the era at 155cm 61in they would have been used by someone well over 6ft tall. Until recently, pole size was determined by where the top of the pole handle measured against the armpit. The straps are a solid leather, more bulky than other leather straps of the day. Overall a very attractive pole. Size: 155cm
