Tormore - 9 year oldThis Tormore was distilled in 2016 and bottled in early 2026. It has been finished in a fresh Oloroso Hogshead before being bottled at its peak. This sweet oak, icing sugar and plenty of sherry notes on the palate. Nose: Icing sugar. Barley and sweet oak. Hint of Sherry. Palate: Much more Sherry. Heavy tannin and bittersweet oak. Finish: Burnt matches on the finish with a sweet aftertaste. 70cl 50%
