Vino Bianco Camporotondo - CrotinCrotin is made with 100% organic Malvasia Moscata, a super aromatic wine grown in Piedmont, Italy. The color is quite pale because Malvasia Moscata does not oxidize very easily. Crotin are among the few producers of Malvasia Moscata in Monferrato where it has been present for centuries. Hand harvested and aged in cement tanks, this wine is a very approachable skin contact white that pairs well with hard aged cheddar cheese, or truffle risotto.
