The team plants 25 agave plants for each one they harvest, and presents its mezcal in a bottle made from recycled, hand blown glass. An array of exotic African animals roam the 9000 acre farm (like we said, it's also a nature reserve), it must be a nightmare stopping them from trampling all the agave!
